The Plot

Ten well-known participants will follow the ancient path of the Shaolin Warrior Monks. They travel to Asia where they are taught during a nine-day training by authentic Shaolin masters. An unprecedentedly beautiful world, where original Kung Fu and martial arts assignments are combined with authentic lifestyle and meaning elements from the Shaolin philosophy. Both tough physical assignments and meditation exercises and everything laced with life wisdom and philosophy.
