Jim O'Rear returns as Clifford James, hellbent on revenge and ready to claim the power that was denied him. Using a wealth of magical skills picked up in the Hell-dimension he was banished to, Clifford and his lovely assistant pick off victims one-by-one in unusual and clever ways.
