The Plot

The film tells the story of Ekrem, who falls in love with the girl he married for money. Ekrem is a young and handsome man who works in the factory of Hulusi Bey, a factory owner. Hulusi Bey's daughter Filiz is in love with Ekrem. Doctors diagnose Filiz with a heart condition and give her a year to live. Hulusi Bey wants his daughter to be happy in her final days. To this end, he offers Ekrem a partnership in his factory, but on the condition that he marries his daughter Filiz. Ekrem initially accepts the offer out of greed for money. However, over time, he will fall in love with Filiz.
